So many people have asked why I ever got into the real estate world by buying the house I bought, and doing what I did when I decided to buy it... And others have suggested that I could hire myself out as a handywoman, with all that I have learned (But I know better; I'm good enough to be a weekend warrior of the home and hearth at my own place and at those of friends in need, but not skilled enough to get paid for it!)
Anyway, I'd heard enough, so I decided that today - on the third anniversary of signing away my life, free time and finances to that angst-ridden, stressful, challenging behemoth I call my home - I would start a blog going back over some of what I did... And learned... And screwed up... And got right... And am still working on...
It never ends.
Ah, the joys of homeownership!
